Position: International Investment Consultant

Estate Agent Negotiator Package: £23k Basic (Rising to £24k after probation) £40k OTE + Company Pool Car

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Location: Manchester

The Role: An exciting, totally unique opportunity has become available for a candidate from an Estate Agency background to join a property investment company, selling off plan investment properties throughout the North West to high net worth oversees investors. My clients have an enviable reputation as one of the leading investment companies in Manchester and the North West and are looking to grow their small, successful team of the coming months. The ideal candidate will be from an Estate Agency or property background, with an interest in moving over to a more consultative investment sales role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who truly value their employees.

Requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency experience or sales experience within a property role.
• Presentable.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• To be able to work as part of a team.
