Handyman

My clients are looking for multiple positions as Handyman to help with the ongoing day to day management of their property portfolio. The position of Handyman or maintenance operative will require you to have a background within trades, property maintenance, caretaker or similar. You will have experience with snagging and basic maintenance across a wide spectrum of requirements; from changing a light bulb to rehanging doors. Due to the nature of the role and the locations of the portfolio the ability to drive is essential.
