Job Description:
A busy manufacturing client based just outside of Yate, are currently seeking a CAD Technician to join the team. The successful candidate would be responsible for the design of new products and components, jigs & fixtures and other related material.
Successful candidates will have excellent organisation and communication skills and will be competent using Solidworks for 2D & 3D designs.
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years’ experience
- Apprentice trained and an experience of mechanical design, ideally within hydraulics
- Skilled in the use of CAD systems to draw up products, jigs and fixtures
- Working to ISO09001:2015
- Able to use office machinery in accordance with manufacturers’ guide
Offer:
- £28K - £30K
- 28 days holiday progressing to 33 days
