Core Shift Times
Monday to Thursday - 7am/7.30am until 3.45pm/4.15pm M-Th and
Fridays 7am/7.30am until 11am/11.30am Friday
Rates:
Core days £13.93p/h + Holiday pay
X1.5 for OT over 37hours
X2 for Sundays and bank holidays.
Deburr:
- You will be required to do the drilling and deburring of aerospace components within the machine shop using various manual techniques.
- You will need to produce work within cost and initiate cost saving ideas.
- You must keep your working area clean and productive utilising 5S Principles.
Required Experience:
- Apprenticeship served or equivalent standard of training and/or experience
- Experienced in working in the aerospace environment or equivalent industry
- Able to understand SPC data collection and record results
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledgeable working with pneumatic handheld deburring equipment, deburring tools, the use of pillar drills and drilling fixtures
- Experienced in measuring equipment Vernier, micrometer plug gauges, screw plug gauges
- Experienced in drill deburr
- Possessing a mechanical background
The specifications for x2 Alacrom, and x1 Auto, will be released early next week.
Roles offered on a PAYE basis only.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK adhering to ITAR restrictions.
