Technical Solution Manager/Lead

A Technical Solution Manager/Lead is required on a permanent basis to be based remotely with some travel across the south.

For this requirement the Technical Solution Manager/Lead will be responsible for technical delivery of a number of digital workstreams leading a team to achieve desired outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing the formulation of technical strategy being able to break down technical requirements into manageable areas. You will demonstrate a broad technical knowledge and understanding across different areas of technology and using skills in including requirements gathering, forecasting, resource planning, project management. You will have proven experience with design and delivery of digital modernisation and cloud transformation inclusive of both private and public cloud. You will have overall responsibility for the technical solution end to end and be able to work closely with technical teams in order to achieve the desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked within a Technical Lead/Management position delivering technical solutions as part of large scale digital transformation projects. You will have been exposed to cloud transformation and DevOps practices as part of the programmes and worked within agile environments. You will have worked closely with pre-sales team to help shape technical solutions as well as vet the teams work ensuring that all technical delivery is to the agreed brief and to the appropriate standard in line with business objectives. Experience within the Defence/Government sector is beneficial for the role.

For this role the sucessful candidate will be required to go through the security clearance process.

This role is to start in March 2021 and will pay in the region of £90,000 plus agreed benefits.
