Our long-standing manufacturing client in Bolton are looking for an experienced and capable Coded Welder.

They cover manufacturing projects for the nuclear, oil and gas, defence, marine, industrial, pharmaceutical, architectural and water industries and so the work is varied and complex at times.

You will need to have experience of working with lighter grades of materials for architectural applications also achieving high degree of accuracy but also critical aesthetic finishes and you will be highly competent in interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications and able to support others with less experience/competency.

You will possess a good work ethic/work rate with reliable and consistent results and have a good and proactive approach to problem solving.  

Ideally our client is looking for an experienced Coded Welder working with stainless steel and other exotic alloys within a highly regulated industry.

My client is offering a rate of £13.85 per hour for a 37-hour working week split over Monday – Thursday with the option of overtime at an enhanced rate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  The role is temp to perm after 13 weeks and the rate then increase to £14.35 per hour.
