Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with an investigative mindset, able to design implement and provide solutions to technical issues? This SME business with its Head Office in Kent is looking to strengthen the current team with a permanent appointment now.

This job role will require a flexible and adaptable approach to tasks, taking a hands on role on escalations passed from Service / Help Desk team. You will be visible to the wider business stakeholders and therefore be able to communicate effectively to those with varying IT knowledge be that Engineers or Head Office staff.

The business has a number of projects in the pipeline with Digital focused transformation and O365 being invested in so there are some meaty challenges that this role will be heavily involved in. In the meantime, you will be experienced working ITIL standards and across HPE kit:

• NetApp SAN storage
• Vmware version 6
• Exchange 2010
• WAN, LAN experience
• Telecomms / system experience a plus
