Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Employability
Location: Newry (office based)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Type: Full Time, FTC (12 months)
Develop, observe, motivate and support a team of Employment Advisers and Trainers to achieve sustained high performance, profitability and quality of delivery.
Carry out regular reviews and manage performance to ensure staff are achieving KPI's and Targets in line with company growth plans.
Implement strategies to assist in upskilling the local community and overcoming barriers to employment.
Responsible for managing Profit and Loss reports, as well as monthly financial forecasting.
Build, manage and maximise business opportunities with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our clients brand is maximised at all times.
Must have experience within sales management such as Recruitment Manager or Call Centre Manager, who have performance managed a team within a targeted sales setting.
Hold a demonstrable record of working towards and achieving targets.
Must have experience of performance managing a team.
Hold a minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma in any vocation.
Must hold a B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) in English Language.
Strong administrative and IT skills.
