Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Employability
Location: Newry (office based)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Type: Full Time, FTC (12 months)
The Role
- Develop, observe, motivate and support a team of Employment Advisers and Trainers to achieve sustained high performance, profitability and quality of delivery.
- Carry out regular reviews and manage performance to ensure staff are achieving KPI's and Targets in line with company growth plans.
- Implement strategies to assist in upskilling the local community and overcoming barriers to employment.
- Responsible for managing Profit and Loss reports, as well as monthly financial forecasting.
- Build, manage and maximise business opportunities with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our clients brand is maximised at all times.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience within sales management such as Recruitment Manager or Call Centre Manager, who have performance managed a team within a targeted sales setting.
- Hold a demonstrable record of working towards and achieving targets.
- Must have experience of performance managing a team.
- Hold a minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma in any vocation.
- Must hold a B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) in English Language.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
