Accountant - Financial Controller

Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a Financial Controller on behalf of our Banbury based client.

For this position you must be able to work without supervision and have previous experience of managing a finance team. The position would suit a Qualified or Finalist Accountant.

You must have excellent knowledge Microsoft Office, Excel and EPR reporting systems.

The role will involve but not limited to the following:

• Produce the monthly management accounts.
• Cashflow reporting and monitoring against forecasts.
• Able to manage annual budgets and regular forecasts.
• Year-end auditors and ensure preparation for audit and working papers are adequate to minimise disruption to the normal working pattern.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns,
• Company payroll and tax requirements.
