Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a Lettings Customer Manager for our client in Oxford.

Requirements for the role:
- Excellent customer and have experience in a customer service management role
- Be able to work to and exceed KPIs by increasing branch activity and drive sales conversion
- Excellent communication - telephone and face to face
- Have an enthusiastic and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Car owner with a full driving licence with insured for business use
