Requirements for the role:

• Excellent customer and have experience in a customer service management role
• Be able to work to and exceed KPIs by increasing branch activity and drive sales conversion
• Excellent communication - telephone and face to face
• Have an enthusiastic and proactive with a strong work ethic
• Car owner with a full driving licence with insured for business use
