JOB TITLE: CNC Operator – Signage

SALARY: Up to £26K DOE + overtime

LOCATION: Staines Upon Thames, Surrey

In this role you will be tasked with attending sites daily, and installing various sign systems in an efficient manner.

** You will be responsible for operating the Tekcel EXR CNC Router

Other responsibilities will include General Sign Making duties including the following:

**Prepare surfaces (substrates) before applying vinyl

**Applying vinyl sheets to a variety of surfaces.

**Use different application techniques depending on the job

**Remove vinyl films from surfaces

**Fitting other types of signage as required

**Fitting vinyl in different environments internally within customer’s premises or externally.

**Window graphic installation

**Fabrication and Assembly of signage from different materials

**General Sign Making duties as well as some Installation tasks.

Previous experience in the Large Format / Signage industry is essential, along with a clean driving licence.

** In depth knowledge of operating a CNC machine, ideally the Tekcel.

**Strong knowledge of Signage processes, timeframes and potential issues
** Proven hands on experience in the Sign Making and Installation of all varieties of Signage.
** Strong multitasking ability, demonstrating experience working on own initiative
** Excellent communication skills
**Flexible attitude to working times
**PASMA, IPAF, and CSCS card are advantageous
