Development Manager - A global financial organisation building a development centre of excellence is looking for an experienced development manager to lead the practice in both technology and methodologies - C#, Agile, DevOps, TDD/BDD, CI/CD

It is a Microsoft environment and they would expect the development manager to have a strong technical background and have experience with all the below:

• MS stack - C#, SQL, Azure
• API management tools
• SOLID
• TDD, BDD
• Mocking
• Architectural design and practice
• CI/CD

This is a real chance to join a new team in an established business and shape something great that will set the standards moving forwards. Agile is used in pockets as is DevOps and they need someone to take them through the next stages in their transformation.

The role can be fully remote with a requirement once or twice a month to be in their offices in Southampton.

The Development Manager is paying up to £85K for the right level of experience.
