HGV Class 2 Drivers

Driver Hire Slough are part of a network of over 100 offices nationwide and are the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics Recruitment Company. We offer temporary and permanent driving jobs, non-driving work and Driver CPC training.

We work very closely with Airfreight companies based in and around the Heathrow and Colnbrook areas and are currently looking to increase our pool of HGV 2 category C drivers with airfreight and multi drop experience to deliver and collect general haulage and airfreight.

Candidate Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 experience (2 Years minimum)
• Minimum age 25 Years (for insurance purposes)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points – No DD, DR or IN endorsements
• Multi drop experience
• Tail Lift and Pump Trucks experience
• Driving and using curtain siders
• Ratchet straps experience
• Airport Cargo (landside) experience – Preferred
• Level D equivalent – Preferred

Working week is Monday to Friday, 07:00 / 07:30 starts

We are offering the following rates of pay:

£12.00 per hour* - Monday to Friday.

*Rates shown are via Umbrella Payroll Company or Limited Company. We also have PAYE options, please ask if you are interested.
