Quality assurance and commissioning project officer needed in Bradford £16.25ph ref 5162835

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

 

  1. Assist the Contract and Quality Assurance Manager in the delivery of overall assigned project(s) taking full responsibility as required

 

  1. Actively assist the Commissioning Team in delivery of the project (s) in line with the developed Business Case, within the project lifecycle, with planned project reviews and with full consideration of political and internal priorities and constraints

 

  1. Create deliverable project plan and communication plan, considering all stakeholders, within the project definition / scope of work including resource, benefits, quality and risk management

 

  1. Create and manage all aspects of project documentation as defined by the Contract and Quality Assurance Manager.

 

  1. To engage communities to promote the work of the programme and plan and facilitate events/attend events, reporting on the salient points or representing the Programme perspective as required by the programme

 

  1. Assist with the development of project specifications, estimations, costs plans and    other relevant project management techniques taking full responsibility as required by the Contract and Quality Assurance Manager.

 

  1. Lead manage/negotiate/motivate project staff, external and internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of project delivery are successful
