Partner Alliance Manager

The successfull Alliance Manager will be focused on the development of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances. The purpose of the role is to:

• Lead the identification of Partners and Strategic Alliances, where UKPN Services' probability of successfully securing and delivering work is enhanced, through the establishment of a Partnership or Strategic Alliance.
• Manage the negotiations to establish Strategic Alliances and Partnerships within an appropriate commercial framework: establishing clear scopes of work, risk share, rates of return, liabilities share, organisational structures and governance.
• Lead the on-going day-to-day management of Strategic Alliances.
• Accountable for ensuring that UKPN Services retains its ISO44001 'Collaborative business relationship management system' accreditation.

The individual will a strong people manager and should be able to effectively lead teams without direct line responsibility to achieve establish robust Strategic Alliances and Partnerships.

The individual will need to be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. They must be a good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills and must represent UK Power Network Services' best company values with both internal and external stakeholders. They will also need to have good relationship skills and the ability to make a positive contribution to the successful delivery of targets.

Full Salary packages in the region of £85000+ including car allowance, and solid bonus structure. London & Remote working
