Graduate Role - Recruitment Consultant - Sales Role, Newcastle

Pearson Carter are a leading Microsoft Dynamics Recruitment Specialists based in Newcastle City Centre who are recruiting for graduates to join our growing team.

You will be working within a highly lucrative industry and position in which you make uncapped commission on all placements on top of your base salary.

A role in the recruitment industry is highly competitive, fast-paced and requires hard working & self-motivated individuals, but the benefits are extremely rewarding.

The position requires you to work with national and international clients from SME’s to Enterprise Corporate companies in providing consultancy services to help them find and hire Microsoft Dynamics experienced professionals. This is a predominately telesales based role which will include outbound/inbound calls, negotiating, cold calling, account management, networking, headhunting and building industry expertise.

You will need:

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Confident communications skills.
• Retail or Sales experience and a track record of achieving targets in those positions.
• competitive personality and is motivated by financial reward.
