THE SALARY PACKAGE: c£25,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits

THE COMPANY: 

A growing supplier of motor parts, accessories and consumables are growing in the Birmingham area. Building on an already successful business, this organisation are now looking for a new parts advisor to join the team.

THE ROLE OF A PARTS ADVISOR:

As a parts advisor, you will be working within a small, close knit team getting involved with a large number of responsibilities that will vary day to day from processing orders to giving out customer advice and everything in between.

You will be dealing with a customer base from all various backgrounds, including fleets, garages, workshops and end users, responding to calls and orders over the phone, face to face and via email, giving out useful advice and help to any one that calls up to find out more about the products and parts.

Helping to manage this existing customer base, you will develop long term relationships to ensure that you are the go to person whenever they need it!

This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual that wants the chance to carve their own success and set themselves on their own career path in a business that is big enough to progress but small enough to care.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PARTS ADVISOR:

Although coming from a direct parts advising background or similar within a motor factor or dealership environment would be fantastic, this organisation are also keen to build for the future and so if you don’t have parts advisor experience, it doesn’t matter! As long as you have an interest in automotive or cars in general, you are welcome to apply!

You are expected to be self-sufficient and as such a level of IT literacy is required.
