Project coordinator – Document Controller – Construction

Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Sudbury, Thetford, Diss, Mildenhall, Stowmarket

Office hours Monday to Friday

£25,000 - £28,000 DOE

Client

My client is a European manufacturer of specialist building envelope solutions, these solutions are project driven. Due to demand and vision to ramp up the UK market a new MD has been appointed this year. After a couple of months in the business there has been a need identified for a Project Coordinator to allow the senior sales team to focus on new projects. This is a great opportunity to grow with in a company that has exciting plans for the future.

Role

Responsible for all subcontract orders from receipt to project completion

Main point of contact for all orders through the manufacturing process, install teams and sign off

Work with sub-contractor to prepare site specifics needs and time scales

Assisting with preparing and follow up of customer quotations

Participate in project pipeline meetings

Finalise all invoicing for work completed

Candidate

To apply for the role, you must have experience with

  • Knowledge experience in dealing with sub contractor work in the UK Construction Sector
  • Understanding of contractual obligations
  • Experience in a project coordination, project administration or simular
