Our client is an extremely well-established maintenance and engineering facilities management and building services company.
They have successfully been in business for 25 years delivering technical solutions to the commercial, retail, industrial and commercial markets and have an array of large blue-chip clients in the UK.
One of their most successful businesses is their building services division and their ever growing UK team is looking for an experienced HVAC Building Services Engineer to cover South East and London.
You will have at least 5 years’ experience in the HVAC building services field maintaining a range of equipment across various commercial and industrial contracts.
The candidate will need to gold a valid Commercial Gas Certificates, F Gas Category1 and also a 17th/18th Edition or equivalent to be successful in this role.
In return our client is offering a salary of £37K+ (depending on experience) + company vehicle + overtime + great company benefits
On call is every 1 in 8 weeks for this role currently and you can be based anywhere within easy access of the M25, and happy with London and Central London work on a daily basis.
