An award winning leading international law firm with a fantastic culture are seeking a Graduate Recruitment & Development Specialist to join their hard working and fun team on an initial fixed term contract with opportunity to be made permanent.

About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Manager, this role provides graduate recruitment, development and pastoral support across a range of areas. Duties include:

• Planning, logistics and coordination of recruitment, career development and campus events
• Schedule programmes and manage calendar
• Support with creating materials and delivering presentations
• Act as first point of contact, liaising with fee earners and Partners
• Manage assessment centres
• Host the Legal Apprenticeship programme and work experience programmes
• Build relationships with universities
• Manage the onboarding and leaver process
• Coordinate seat moves and support with qualification process
• Support with diversity projects
• Responsible for international secondments
• Keep systems up to date

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment role ideally within professional services and have exposure to working with systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
