Housing Options Officer needed in Dunstable £17.67ph PAYE - Reference:5162839

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis

The role is to participate in an emergency duty rota on a 3 week rotation, providing comprehensive housing advice to prevent and relief homelessness. Candidates will need to be able to assess homeless applications under the legislation, make homelessness inquiries and produce quality personalised housing plans and issue s184 homeless decisions

Business hours are 8.30 until 17:00 - when on duty officers will need to be available from 8.30.

Role is mostly remote working but candidates will be expected to attend the office and provide office cover. The offices are Covid-Secure
