Job Description:

Are you in a B2B outbound sales role wanting to take your career and commission to the next level?

From what I hear this is an amazing place to work with incentives at every corner, this includes uncapped commission with NO threshold, that's right, you could literally start earning commission on your first day which is what recent new starters have achieved!

You must have outbound/telesales experience from within a fast-paced B2B sales environment, this is essential to build up your client base.
The Role;

  • Lead generation
  • Managing a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring accurate record keeping
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Identifying key contacts in organisations
  • Following a sales process to convert your lead to a client
  • Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities, maximising every contact by upselling/cross selling
  • Managing your Accounts, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Achieve your own and company sales targets to improve profitability
  • Taking orders accurately
  • Ensuring timely deliveries, dealing with any queries quickly providing an unbeaten customer service

What I need from you;

  • Proven outbound/cold calling experience - Don’t forget guys, only your 1st call to a company is cold
  • A self-motivated, determined attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Target driven - there are lots of incentives here so it’s definitely worth it
  • The ability to work to both sales and call targets
  • An excellent telephone manner and proven relationship building skills
  • A desire to succeed

Benefits:

  • Salary £21,000 - OTE in your 1st year £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on you)
  • You will start earning commission from your first sale - Uncapped commission structure
