He will work with you, honing your existing skillset to turn you from a Sales Executive into a high billing Account Manager, you will have some healthy competition from the other branches but us Sales people love competition don’t we!

You must have proven Outbound telephone-based experience and can prove that you have the ability to generate your own leads. This Account Manager job would definitely suit Recruitment Consultants wanting to move away from the industry as you will already have the ability of bringing in your new Accounts and growing the relationship to a partnership.

Depending on the industry and experience you bring, salary starts at £21k (negotiable) with an OTE of around £35 - £50k in your first year (depending on what you bring to the table)
