An award winning global law firm are seeking a Senior HR Manager on a permanent basis to support with the Partner population internationally.

About the Role

This is a broad generalist role offering international scope and exposure, partnering with senior stakeholders whilst managing an array of projects. Duties include:

  • Managing relationships with Partners
  • Working on complex employee relations
  • Process improvement
  • Managing a team
  • Recruitment, Performance and Talent management
  • Succession planning
  • Reward, including profit and bonus plans
  • Managing projects
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Review and present metrics

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working with Partners in a generalist HR role at a senior HR Manager/Business Partner level within professional services and preferably CIPD qualified. Strong experience of working in an international business is essential.
