Maintenance Engineer

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Salary: 40k

Shifts: 4 on 4 off, days and nights

Would you describe yourself as open-minded and willing to adapt to new ways of working?

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who has experience attending both Mechanical and Electrical breakdowns. You will be joining a well-established Manufacturing company in Sheffield, which is looking to expand the Engineering team due to company growth. The machinery on-site mainly includes conveyors, hydraulics, relay-based machinery, and extrusion machines. You must be able to apply your previous experience to new challenges within a team of around 20 engineers, working on reactive Maintenance as well as some PPMs.

The ideal Engineer will be at least HNC qualified in one discipline, or a time-served Apprentice. Training is always available to Engineers who are looking to improve on their skills, with progression available in the future for an engineer who can show long-term commitment to the company.
