THE JOB TITLE: Branch Manager

THE SALARY PACKAGE: c£30,000 Basic + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits

THE LOCATION: St. Austell

THE ROLE OF A BRANCH MANAGER:

As a branch manager you will be overseeing and responsible for the day to day running of the branch.

In charge of a team including parts advisors, warehouse and delivery drivers you will roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to all parts of the job, whether directing the branch operation, getting stuck in with customers, or helping out in the warehouse. As a branch manager, you are expected to lead from the front, motivating your team on to even greater success.

You will put together a plan to grow existing business while also looking at new customers, all with the objective of growing branch turnover.

It is down to you to motivate, lead and inspire the staff force to come together as a team.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A BRANCH MANAGER:

A background in or knowledge of automotive parts management would be advantageous however not essential as we are open to anyone with the right attitude and experience of managing and motivating a team.

Within this role, you will need strong leadership skills and all of the attributes required to manage a branch and lead a team.

Someone who is able to balance good and efficient operations with front of house sales is required.
