Job Description:
An executive recruitment firm located in the City of London are on the hunt for a confident and outgoing Sales Administrator to support the consultants. This will be the perfect role for an individual that enjoys working within a sociable and fun team environment whilst completing administrative duties including diary and document management.
For this role you must be enthusiastic, a team player and a 'muck in' attitude.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize workload with great attention to detail and a good level of experience as a Sales Administrator.
- Organising important meetings for a wide range of people and making sure these are kept up to date
- Managing multiple, busy diaries being sure to stay on top of said diaries
- Managing the expenses of the team
- Formatting and collating documents
- Assisting with placements - So working with compliance for example on references and chasing relevant documents
- Data inputting
- Scheduling interviews
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Excellent MS Office sills (Particularly Excel and Word)
- Ad hoc event organisation
- General administrative support for the Consultants
