My Surrey based client is looking for a Senior Planner for a period of 6 months. The role will be almost completely from home for the foreseeable future.

Due to a permanent staff member leaving, my client is seeking someone to handling a range of complex and major applications.

Suitable candidates will have a strong background in a LPA Development Management team. Experience of greenbelt issues, as well as rural applications is a desirable.

The successful candidate will be handling applications of up to 200 units and be involved with a range of complex applications as well. MRTPI status is strongly desirable.

Applicants will need to be able to drive for occasional site visits, but pool cars are available.
