Newly-created opportunity for a PMP accredited, external / customer-facing Project Manager to spearhead a new Professional Services function at this well-established and award-winning medical applications software provider.

The initial major project will see you responsible for the full delivery of this cloud-based SaaS to over 40 hospitals across Saudi Arabia. Until Covid is managed, the role will be a remote one (UK), but candidates should be prepared to travel to the Middle East region (with restrictions in mind) with their work, and globally after this, as the Professional Services department evolves, as you replicate and grow the service to their other corporate global clients.

Project Manager – the role: 

This exciting new role will see you responsible for the development & management of delivering SaaS solutions, in an Agile environment, to global enterprise customers: -

• Very much a lead, client-facing position, ‘owning’ the relationship
• Managing software developers and liaising closely with other teams in a global, cross-functional environment: Development, QA, Operations, Marketing, and so on.
• Initiating, planning, controlling, monitoring and executing software delivery

Project Manager – the person: 

Candidates must have experience in a similar customer-facing project management position, with:

• A solid background in managing & delivering large scale software development and implementations, including integrations work
• PMP certification
• Prior experience of managing software developers
• Experience of working with clients in the Middle East
• Any additional languages useful, especially Arabic
