Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst - Digital - Agile - Client focused 

We are working on behalf of a Leeds based Consultancy who are searching for a Senior Business Analyst / Consultant to work closely with external clients in creating digital products and services.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying, documenting and communicating business requirements and needs
• Translating business problems and user needs with the appropriate use of epics, features and user stories
• Facilitating workshops with user communities and other key stakeholders
• Working with and supporting the Product Owner to establish and maintain a prioritised backlog of what needs to be built
• Supporting the Product Owner throughout the process by clarifying and communicating requirements

To be considered for the role you will:

• Be an experienced BA / Consultant with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Proven experience of working on digital projects
• Knowledge and experience of user centred design principles and practices
• Strong analytical, communication, listening and organisational skills
• Be confident at presenting, with significant experience running workshops
• Have a good understanding of modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards
