We have a great opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a vibrant dental practice located in the affluent town of Shrewsbury.  

This is a very well-established, independent dental practice, which is very well equipped and providing a great working environment whilst offering you clinical freedom.

We can offer you:

(Please note there are 2 roles here – 1 predominantly Private Role, and 1 more NHS focused role)

Predominantly Private Role – Current Associates earn £150,000+ per annum

• Very small NHS contract (1,200) – could easily be absorbed by another Associate onsite
• Performers Number is not essential but you must have UK experience within a Private/Mixed practice
• Full time or Part time permanent position
• Using SOE at this practice
• 50% split on private fees
• 50% lab fees
• Established patient list to take over – current Associate is leaving due to relocation
• The practice receive 35-40 new Private patients per month
• Experienced support team
• Huge Demand for Private in the area

Predominantly NHS Role

• Offering £11.50 per UDA (could be flexible depending on your experience)
• Between 3,000-6,000 UDA’s available
• Good Private potential (as seen on the role above)
• Use R4 for this particular practice (branch site) – equipment is similar  
• 50% split on private fees/lab fees

The Practice:

• Mixed NHS and Private practice
• Large Independent family practice where Principal works onsite
• Fully Digital with Rotary Endos, Intra Oral Camera, iTero scanner
• Brand new surgeries and chairs (installed last year)
• Huge demand for Private in the area.
• Fully digital practice with Digital X-rays
• Hygienist on site
• Kodak R4 computer software and SOE
• General, cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics treatments provided in the practice
