Job Description:

We have a great new opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join a luxury retail brand at an exciting time of expansion

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Answering phones, taking messages & transferring calls for the whole office
  • Managing e-mail and distribution lists
  • Packing and shipping items
  • Administration support
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects
  • Distributing Post

The ideal Candidate will be:

  • Self confident and an excellent communicator
  • Able to multi task and prioritise
  • Have the ability to cope under pressure 
  • Highly presentable with a polished appearance

The working hours for this role are 10am-7pm but will require some flexibility to accomodate early morning meetings or meetings that run into the evening.
