COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

My client is one of the largest suppliers of managed print services and photocopiers throughout the United Kingdom. They are currently looking to employ a Salesforce Administrator to join their team.

A varied role working with multiple internal teams including the sales teams and marketing teams to maximise the utilisation and benefits from Salesforce. You will be required to have a good understanding of the salesforce product, experience at both administration and development of the system to meet the business needs. A mobile role, you will be required to travel between office locations to support mobile sales teams, however, the role will be primarily based in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage daily administration of the Salesforce database including managing multiple users, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields and record types.
  • Analysing business processes in order to design, develop and manage complex workflow rules and data validation along with integration from external service system.
  • Document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of enhancements and changes including MPS staff, third party consultants and suppliers as needed.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity by providing users and finance with reports to help drive data accuracy.
  • Build reports and dashboards for finance and management to oversee pipeline and sales performance
    Incorporate and support marketing processes within Salesforce for the team.
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users and publish them maintaining version control.
  • Provide users with technical support on Salesforce and associated applications, and manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Salesforce Certified and experience with Salesforce support and development.
  • You must have experience working in an office based administration role involving daily contact with both internal and external customer contacts.
  • Ability to work in pressurised environment to tight deadlines.
