Job Description:

1st Line Support Engineer needed for this not for profit organisation. Working as part of a core IT Infrastructure team the role will involve providing 1st line support to a demanding customer base including providing VIP support to the executive team.

The 1st Line Support Engineer will provide helpdesk support across a range of software applications and hardware, escalating to 2nd and 3rd line teams where appropriate as well as resolving where possible.

In addition to 1st line responsibilities there will be project work and the real chance to progress with both practical experience delivering projects as well as industry recognised qualifications.

Technically the right person will have a good experience supporting a Microsoft environment, Office, 365, Windows Server, Active Directory etc Any experience of VMware and supporting mobile devices would also be an advantage

On a personal level, first class communication skills are a must as is a commitment to delivering world class customer service
