Payroll is one of those roles which isn’t the most glamourous but it is one of the most relied on sectors within accountancy and finance because otherwise guess what? No one gets paid. Payrollers are the unsung heroes of any business.

 

When things go wrong with an employees pay, you can almost hear Bonnie Tyler’s I need a hero playing as they’re walking to come and talk to you. Because you are their hero and without you, they won’t be able to pay their bills. Hats off to all you payrollers!

 

A company based in Stratford is looking for another one of you to come and join their fantastic and growing team.

 

You will be able to:

  • Process payroll both weekly and monthly employees including executive and c-suite
  • Experience of implementing new processes
  • Calculate Statutory Sick, Maternity and Paternity pay
  • Calculate Holiday pay
  • Experience of using Zellis Resource Link is beneficial

 

Ideally, you will be:

  • CIPP qualified or studying CIPP
  • Experience of managing a team – ideally around 3 or 4 staff
  • 3-5 years of experience of payroll
