Are you a strong leader? Currently working as a Deputy Manager?
If so we are looking for you!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to be appointed to the role of Deputy Manager. You will support in managing our residential home. The home supports adults with learning difficulties, autism, mental health diagnosis and communication difficulties. All residents have a requirement for positive behaviour support.
We have a great opportunity, working for an organisation that are passionate about the delivery of a compliant and person centered care provision.
You will need to be registered with CQC
Have a proven background in service management
Able to lead and motivate teams.
