Your dimly lit home office is filled with same blue light reflecting from your computer screen and the silence is filled only by the tapping of your keyboard.

The work office now seems like a distant memory and your car parking space hasn’t seen the underside of your car for nearly a year.

Continuing to work in silence, the last shred of daylight has gone and it’s dark again.

Time moves at a snail’s pace and you long for the sound of Bradley Walsh’s voice to let you know it’s probably time to stop for the day.

You are a strong Head of Test. You have a background in testing on mobile applications and are comfortable managing teams. 

You enjoy your opinions being acted upon and having direct contact with C level members of the company.

You’re not from a large corporate background and you certainly don’t manage teams from an ivory tower. You come from a smaller, software focussed business.

You’re hands on, like to roll your sleeves up and get involved with the project at hand.

The same cereal? Not anymore.

The same running route for you 1 hour of exercise. Not anymore.
