Based in Hackney paying £19.51ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary role.     

Our client is looking for a Tree Preservation Officer. To be responsible for assisting in the implementation of Service Delivery relating to tree preservation and protection. They will provide expert advice on tree issues and promote the retention and preservation of existing trees and the planting of new trees on private land in the Borough using the relevant legislation within the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The successful candidate will use national guidance and technical documents to support the position in preventing the unwarranted felling of trees, educating the residents and service users within the borough on the principles of tree protection and good arboriculture care.
