Job Description:

Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager looking to join a rapidly expanding company offering long-term training and progression opportunities, with the chance to greatly increase your earnings through an annual performance based bonus.

This successful company is a specialist in the design and installation passenger lifts, platform lifts, service and goods lifts, moving walkways and escalators. The company has enjoyed a sustained level of success which has led to the development of exciting growth plans in. They now seek a Contracts Manager to manage and supervise installation engineers' activities and oversee projects in London and surrounding areas. 

The ideal candidate will have;

  • A working knowledge within the lift & construction industry. 
  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Installation
  • Track record of working in a site project management environment
  • Experience as an Installation supervisor or Contract manager.

The role will involve;

  • Managing a range of projects in new lift installations. 
  • Supervising and overseeing the activities of several lift engineers and sub-contractors. 
  • Visiting customers' sites and completing site surveys prior to the installation work. 
  • Supporting the customer by providing technical advice on the job in hand.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety Standards are adhered to.
