Job Description:

Likely to be outside of IR35 - paying between £500-£600 per day Ltd/Umbrella

Expected to identify waste in processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency and throughput throughout the E2E business value chain.

Plan, manage, and deliver Continuous Improvement sprint projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the current processes through workshops using tools such as process mapping etc
  • Identify improvements and cost savings
  • Design monitoring and performance measurement including standard KPIs and scorecards
  • Prepare a business case regarding improvements and costs savings
  • Provide guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for all process design activities such as benefits and costings for recommending process improvements and any associated software investments
  • Manage and run the projects to implement lean and business improvements across the business
  • Monitor and continually strive for better performance
  • Process mapping, analysis and design skills, systems thinking, research and adaptabilities,
  • Excellent demonstrable project & change management,
  • Previous experience in designing, documenting and implementing processes
  • Previous experience of best in class processes
  • Facilitation and collaboration across organisational boundaries by modelling integrity, transparency and authenticity
  • Ability to resolve conflicting needs and views across the business

Identify opportunity to remove waste and drive best practice.

Lead, facilitate and influence process improvement initiatives in order to feed, develop and grow the CI/Lean pipeline with projects. Driving innovation in the process by continually benchmarking against leading practices and across regions; establishing ongoing initiatives to enhance capability and efficiency.

You will operate as a role model expert for end-to-end process management, nurturing a culture of process discipline and operational excellence while creating a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience

Understands and seeks out knowledge of the business; applies this through constructive feedback, coaching and open knowledge/ expertise sharing

Lean CI practitioner experience, min. to Green Belt accreditation, preferably Black Belt qualified
