Based in Ellesmere Port paying £24.51ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary role.     

Our client is looking for a Health and Safety Lead. To provide an additional specialist capacity to support leaders to plan and implement this cultural change programme and achieve best practice at pace over the next 12 months. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with the Health and Safety Team, departments and stakeholders to co-produce and implement policy, strategy and compliance.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Member of IOSH by NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent). They should have experience of working in a local authority context, a proven track record of leading and delivering Health and Safety cultural change in large scale and multi-functional organisations, experience of implementing Health and Safety management systems and experience of implementing ISO 45001 in an organisation
