We're looking for a driven yet service focused Estate Agency Sales Negotiator with an appreciation for proactive agency values and a personable yet determined approach to sales negotiation.
Jointing an established Sales and lettings Estate agency with a strong brand presence in the Southampton area, you’ll need to be an ambitious, adaptable, self-motivated, personable and proactive Sales Negotiator to complement the existing team.
Focussing on sales negotiation, you’ll be a real people person, not afraid to pick up the phone and be proactive with callouts, matching, leafleting and follow up calls. You will already have similar experience as a Sales Negotiation within property and will come with a strong understanding of the sales process, from valuation, advertising and viewings, through to negotiation and sales progression (training can be provided for valuations if you haven’t valued before, although this won’t be the main focus of your role).
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting viewings, and negotiating the sale.
With plenty of room to grow within the team, the sky is the limit with progression with potential to move into senior roles if you have the right work ethics.
The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have at least 12 months industry experience and must be well-presented with excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills. More importantly you will have a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry and will have an ability to build rapport with customers and clients alike with a view to developing long term relationships.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is required
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
- You must have a good understanding of the Southampton area
- You will need to have a full drivers license
