Ideally looking for - 
Excellent phone manner / online support skills
General understanding of Intune and Azure
Fundamental Cloud Exchange admin knowledge
Understanding of Ipad/iPhone configuration
General understanding of Microsoft Dymanics
Knowledge of onsite AV and meeting room support advantageous
Sound understanding of Skype/Microsoft Teams

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
