Sales Consultant – Graduate
Leicester
Monday to Friday
£16,000 - £25,000
Are you graduating this year? Or did you graduate last year? Are you now looking at your options for your career?
We are looking to develop the next generation of specialist recruiters. Recruitment is not for everyone, it is often described as a roller coaster, the highs are great, and the lows are not so great.
We would like to break the process down and make it easy to understand. We work in a defined vertical only recruiting on the job titles we specialise in and then we focus on a geographical area, so we end up having the next level of knowledge in our market.
Recruitment for us really is a game of two halves, firstly it is building you candidate database and spending the time working with them to understand their needs and the right career move for them, You will also network with your candidate’s for referrals. At Stirling Warrington we use the latest software to alert you to new candidates on the market and new potential clients recruiting.
The other half of the job is sales? Now recruitment has moved on a long way from picking up the yellow pages and bashing out 100 plus calls, we have a more targeted approach, however if you are scared of the phone this may not be the role for you.
