Domestic Heating Engineer / Gas Engineer required for our client who are a reputable electrical, plumbing and heating service provider with UK coverage. The company specialise in the service, maintenance and installation of domestic heating / electrical systems, they have been providing these services for over 20 years.
Domestic Gas Engineer Role
The successful Domestic Heating Engineer / Gas Engineer will be responsible for predominantly providing servicing work as well as some maintenance, fault-finding and installation on occasion.
You will hold up to date domestic gas tickets, CCN1, Appliances and Unvented and ideally hold an NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating.
Previous experience working in a domestic environment will be required, as the role will cover working in residential housing on behalf of letting agents issuing CP12 and completing annual boiler servicing.
Role Requirements and Qualifications
Domestic gas safety check, issuing CP12, general annual servicing work. Some install and maintenance, mainly service though.
Gas qualified CCN1 as minimum + all appliances and Unvented
Would like; Asbestos awareness, CRB, Legionella testing, plumbing, diagnostic ability, repairs and installation work.
Working on behalf of letting agencies.
Only working in the Slough area
