SEN TA – East London – ASAP Start!

£75 - 90 p/day

A ‘Good’ SEN School in Dagenham are looking for a patient and understanding SEN Teaching Assistant to join their therapeutic school. All pupils here work closely with the on-site therapy team and to an EHCP. Their primary need is SEMH so a SEN TA with a psychology background or experience with therapeutic methods would be a great addition to the team! SEN TA's with experience supporting ASD needs and pupils with Communication Difficulties are also encouraged to apply! Your responsibilities will be a mixture of in-class support along with dedicated days to lead small group interventions 

We are looking for a calm SEN Teaching Assistant who:

• Has a good understanding of how to support and encourage SEMH pupils.
• Confidently delivers interventions  
• Has SEMH, ASD, Secondary OR KS2 experience 
• Holds a valid DBS/Police Check
