THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £30,000 Basic + Bonus (Realistic £35k OTE) + Benefits

THE ROLE OF AN INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Working closely with the field sales team you will work to ensure continued growth within the market place. You will be speaking with existing, lapsed and prospect trade customers within the various industry sectors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Making calls to primarily existing customers offering product sales and services.
- Promote new products and sales promotions through telemarketing activity.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Build a strong and successful sales pipeline across multiple campaigns.
- Maximise every sales opportunity through cross-selling and upselling.
- Respond to customer enquiries providing after sales support.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR THE INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:
As you an individual, you will ideally have a proven sales or account management background and a great personality with plenty of enthusiasm. With the focus on behaviours and talent, previous experience in a sales type role is desired but not necessary as we are looking for people with flair.
Being able to deliver great customer service is key as you are the face of the business.
