Job Description:

Job Summary:

-To provide a receptionist service including the management of the reception area which promotes a positive image of the Council and to undertake basic administrative tasks &/or junior secretarial tasks.

Candidate Profile

  • 1 year’s experience of providing a receptionist service.
  • Customer focused.
  • High level of verbal communication skills.
  • Able to deal with people at all levels in a tactful, diplomatic and assertive manner
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Products & Outlook.
  • Self managing
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Can make decisions in a timely manner.
