Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Partner based in Staffordshire. They are looking to expand their Service Desk Team and require a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Bug Fixing with Dynamics CRM.
• Customisation and Configurations.
• Working with stakeholders of all levels.
• Supporting Dynamics integrations.

Experience

• Strong Dynamics CRM / D365 experience.
• 5 years’ minimum hands on IT Support experience.
• 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd Line Support.
• Microsoft Partner experience (desired).
  
  

Salary

They offer and excellent salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience + Benefits.

Location

Their office is in Staffordshire and it is preferred for candidates to be office-based but they are open to consider remote working due to the pandemic.
