Covid Support Officer needed Kingston paying £14.12 per hr PAYE Ref: 415799

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

-Engaging directly with residents, workers and visitors to share information and advice on the COVID-19 prevention measures applicable at the time

Providing information and advice to businesses and checking compliance with requirements for public protection, encouraging ‘social distancing’ and reminding of face covering requirements

Provide a visible and reassuring presence, actively responding to a range of queries from the public and businesses and tasks assigned to them by Regulatory Services, Public Health, Community Safety and partner services.

Make referrals to appropriate services where non-compliance is observed or where a follow up visit by authorised enforcement officers is required.

Provide resources to businesses including signposting to Government advice or grants; informing about regulatory changes and good practice.

Assisting with mass communications in hotspot areas such as residential letter drops, mass testing initiatives etc
